proud emerging provider of healthcare technology and comprehensive billing and payment
collection services. With over 15 years of experience in hospital coding and billing
practices, we are well positioned to offer secure, compliant, and cost-effective solutions
for medical technology services. Our team of experts has extensive software development
expertise making us well positioned to design and implement software and technology
solutions for complex systems.
Our CEO is a quadruple board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Critical Care,
Infectious Diseases and Neuro-critical care. She is licensed to practice medicine in
Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. Her managerial experience as the director of
Quality Improvement at the Medstar Washington Hospital Center (WHC) in DC. Her role
involved risk management, quality improvement, root cause analysis and the development
of protocols across a large multi-specialty intensive care unit. In addition, Dr. Sarumi is a
Fellow of the American Board of Physicians, a fellow of the Infectious Diseases Society of
America (IDSA) and a member of the Quality Improvement Committee for IDSA. Her
extensive leadership positions in multiple national medical groups details a deep
understanding of the healthcare field, quality improvement and healthcare informatics.
She has a detailed understanding of ICD10, and CPT codes required to navigate the
complexity of electronic health records and medical billing. Her real world, more than 15
years extensive experience with various EMR and billing system across major providers
including EPIC and CERNER will be key in directing and implementing many health IT
projects.
Our CTO holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic/Electrical Engineering from
University College London, as well as an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
He is a seasoned technology leader with a strong track record in building high
performance, scalable systems that meet the demands of real-time data processing. Over
the course of his career, he has developed custom risk management systems that were
licensed to leading exchanges, including the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME).
Our technical expertise is in designing and delivering fault-tolerant, high-speed systems
that process critical real-time data. These systems leverage both open and proprietary
protocols, utilizing a range of database architectures—ranging from hot (master/slave) to
warm and cold storage solutions. Additionally, we have extensive experience integrating
blockchain technology (both public and private) to enable immutable record-keeping for
mission-critical applications.
Our technical expertise spans a variety of programming languages and tools, including
C/C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, and Linux. We are highly proficient in working with a range
of high-performance messaging protocols, such as Google Protobuf, FIX, SBE, JSON, and
ITCH/OUCH.
We adopt an agile approach to software development, emphasizing test-driven
methodologies to ensure code quality and system reliability.
In addition to our technical skills, we bring strong leadership experience in project
